Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on any sword, knife, or blade-related purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unsharpened, and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging, including sheaths, boxes, and protective wraps
Exempt from returns:
- Customized or engraved blades
- Perishable items (e.g. leather care waxes with limited shelf life)
- Dangerous goods (e.g. flammable oils, blade-sharpening acids)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital guides or software
To complete your return, please include your order number or proof of purchase. Do not ship items back to the blade manufacturer.
3. Partial Refunds
We may grant partial refunds (or refuse a refund) for:
- Blades that show obvious signs of use or sharpening
- Any sword, knife, or accessory missing original tags, packaging, or hardware
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable; any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- First check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider; refunds can take 3–5 business days to post.

6. Sale & Clearance Items
Only full-price blades and accessories are eligible for refund. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged in transit. To arrange an exchange for the same sword or accessory:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defect.

8. Gifts
- If your sword was marked and shipped as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the product value once we process the return.
- If the giver purchased and shipped the blade to themselves, we’ll issue the refund to them and notify them of the return.
9. Shipping Your Return
- Mail returns to the address above.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service and insurance for high-value blades.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
